Memorandum signed with the Republic of Moldova – May 2025

In May 2025, ART BETON and the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova, represented by Minister Doina Nistor, signed a strategic memorandum of cooperation. The document confirms the company's commitment to make a major investment of over 85 million Moldovan lei for the construction of a modern factory for prefabricated concrete products in the Criuleni district.

The project benefits from the support of the Government through the National Program of Regional State Aid for Investments, being recognized as an important catalyst for the regional economic development of the country. The factory will integrate European production technologies, respecting the strictest standards in terms of quality, energy efficiency and sustainability.

The official signing took place in the presence of industrial and institutional partners, and the start of works is planned for the second semester of 2025.
